Administration (Business Professional) (Level 1-4) Diploma

The OCR Diploma in Administration (Business Professional) are vocationally related qualifications that provide valuable opportunities for individuals to develop skills and gain underpinning knowledge and understanding which will support entry into the business and administration workplace.

The awarding body for these qualifications is Oxford Cambridge and RSA Examinations (OCR) and the regulatory body is the Qualifications and Curriculum Authority (QCA).

These qualifications have been accredited onto the Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF). They are endorsed by the Council for Administration, the sector body for business and administration.

The QCF is a unit and credit-based regulatory framework which replaces the National Qualifications Framework (NQF). It is a way of recognising skills and qualifications by awarding credit for qualifications and units achieved.

You can attain this qualification across four levels:-

• Level 1 Diploma in Administration (Business Professional)
• Level 2 Diploma in Administration (Business Professional)
• Level 3 Diploma in Administration (Business Professional)
• Level 4 Diploma in Administration (Business Professional)

This qualification is suitable for those who wish to develop the knowledge, skills and understanding of complex administrative practice and activities which will enable you to carry out a range of non-routine administrative tasks in a senior job role. This qualification is suitable for those who wish to develop the knowledge, skills and understanding of complex administrative functions and activities. It progresses from basic administrative duties to complex senior duties and it accredits your abilities to carry out a wide range of administrative tasks, operating autonomously, in a senior or supervisory role.

These qualifications are internally assessed by The Training Place of Excellence and externally moderated by OCR. The units are not graded.
